I know, I’m right there with you… but I did make this the other day so I though hey, why the heck not?
Banners were one of the first classes I started to teach so they have a special place in my heart. I love making them and I feel like they are such a quick project that anyone can do it!
I decided to add some texture by using Fancy Pants Designs corrugate paper in white for the base of my pennants. I really think it adds unique element that none of my other banners have.
