Pinspiration – Chalkboard Art

There are two things I love in this life… Pinterest… and Chalk Art. Welcome to the blog post that talks about both! 

I had seen pictures of things like the image below for a while now on Pinterest but I didn’t have a way to make one of these pretty wooden pieces but lo and behold I found one… for 75 cents at DI, can you say hallelujah!  I was very excited and I knew exactly what I was going to do with it!

I found this fantastic chalkboard art created by the famous Dana Tanamachi (yes you should head on over there and yes you should also hit up Michaels for some chalk paint) on the never ending inspiration that is Pinterest (follow me!)

this, my friends, is what I came up with!! This little bundle of joy will reside in my craft room, so I added in my own crafting quote and voila!! Here’s my very own, super cute little wooden chalk board!!
